I need to make a decision. I am entering a friendly, no prize, neighbourhood contest. The theme is "Reflections" and I need to choose between these shots. Which one should I choose? I need a decision by Monday night (CET)
It's not about the quality of the photo but how well one has captured the theme.

I vote for the last one #6. I like the leading lines guiding you to the reflection.

#3 and crop it down to just the building showing.

Last one for me as well.
Perhaps consider straightening the verticals.
Have fun!

Number 3. It is much less cluttered and emphasizes the reflections the best.
I would consider cropping it to just less than the building, so all the viewer sees is reflection.

Cropping it as you suggest I don't think would work. I deliberately left a small part of the buiding opposite showing so that it showed what was reflected.

All the horizontal lines are horizonal and if I staightened out the columns on the left it would make the whole photo look very strange.

Other than #1, they all work theme wise.
