Guilt by association... Card Reader built into my computer... could be the camera that did it ... or more likely a problem with the card during manufacture.
Without question toss the card, but have fun directing and photographing to share with UHH people.

and SD cards are reasonably priced or can be returned to the manufacturer QAQC [quality] department, they would like to do a failure analysis and would perhaps send you a new card.
