Thank you, Bob. I really like that one, too. Iām fairly certain it is a heron. There are a lot of them over there and he has the posture of a hunting heron.

Beautiful images Carol! I've been to KSC a few times (I spent the last part of my regular career working for NASA), but never had time to "smell the flowers" when I was there. I do have many photos taken at KSC though, including some from the top of the Shuttle launch tower at Pad 39A (or was it B?).

Thank you. I lived on Merritt Island for many years at the beginning of the space program. The North end of the island is a wildlife refuge and still largely undeveloped. It is a really nice area to visit and explore.
