There was an excellent article showing how the news was based on narrative rather than factual reporting. News outlets seem to have an agenda that differs from news reporting.

To question the legitimacy of a birth certificate is in no way a demonstration of h**e. To say one is disappointed in this or that person is not a demonstration of h**e. To restrict travel because of Islamic state terrorism or C***d is not a demonstration of h**e. Go back to school and look up definitions again.

You hopped on the h**e train a long time ago, and after reading the thread I can say a lot more progressives have expressed h**e than conservatives in it.

Right. Satan. Or label "Satan" with all the labels of sin, be they cardinal or mundane .... lust, envy, sloth, gluttony, false testimony, jealousy, hatred, or any other. It always amazes me that sports shows us men and women, who literally seek to physically destroy one another, who train lifetimes to do just that, and whose legacy will only form if they do so, manage to be the best of friends when the competition ends. This proves that different goals does not guarantee different motives.

What we (usually) see though is that both sides of what should be healthy debate end up assigning motives, demonizing others, and assuming hatred when hatred is NOT actually part of the equation.

The preponderance of my beliefs lean right not left, but I coach girls' sport. There are those on the extreme right that would suggest girls / women have no place in sport. There are also those on the extreme left (those I deem destructionists, as they seem only to look to destroy the system, not build one) who would suggest that a man, my no other virtue than wanting to be, pretending to be, or believing to be a woman, deserves to compete in women's sport. Both of those views are wrong, oppressive and borderline evil. Yet, I, the wish-I-could-elect-a Libertarian, h**e neither. I understand that it's my job to illuminate the darkness that is guiding either view.
