Can't rebut facts but resort to vulgarities?

You aren't too smart are you? I like that in a Liberal.

The President is as dangerous to democracy in his own way as the previous one was. He got elected... it Harris and the radical left on the staff are making most of the decisions.

It’s simple really...court packing is going nowhere...there are 2 senators on record as saying no elimination of filibuster...and if it came to a v**e there will likely be more...because reasonable Democrats realize they won’t always be in charge. Yes...there’s a majority one way right now...but the previous Presidents appointments have v**ed against his various e******n cases and actually with the liberals in several recent cases. As noted earlier in the thread...conservative judges are really strict constructionists who believe that the constitution says what it says and rule based on that. Liberal justices are really loose constructionists who believe the constitution means what I think it should mean instead of what it says...and rule based on that. This argument has been going on for 200+ years now...and will never be over. At least conservatives almost always v**e based on what it says...liberals v**e use a different standard based on the case...for issues they like they are very interested I not limiting rights but hypocritical on issues they don’t like and want common sense modern interpretations’. Guns, v****g, a******n, rights of condemned prisoners...liberal standards sway with the wind. At least conservative judges stick with ‘it says what it says’.

I believe we could use more conservative judges and justices. For instance Earn Warren. He's not available, but he was a Republican, appointed by a Republican, and I don't think we could have done any better.

I watched a round table on PBS several years ago. I think it was moderated by Charles Ogletree, but it Might have been Fred Friendly. Scalia was asked about a man (a hypothetical) on death row who had used up all of his appeals and then proof positive surfaced that he was innocent. Scalia said that he didn't believe proof of innocence was a valid excuse, so innocent or not, the sentence should be carried out. I prefer a more nuanced approach. I am opposed to k*****g an innocent man out of principle, especially what I see as misguided principle.
I find the idea that a judge should leave his conscience at home an anathema.

Trump said dumb stuff. So did Obama, LBJ, DDE, FDR, Grant, Lincoln, Adams, Washington and all of them. Big deal. The difference is they didn't do it multiple times, sometimes in the same sentence, every single time they spoke.

In Trump's case, and probably W's as well, you may have some catching up to do.

So this would indicate, in many ways, that Bide-one is no better or worse than Trumpf! Or vice versa.

Both of them appear to believe in some alternate realities that are completely separate from what actually goes on in the world.

At least things got better for the first 3 years of Trump. The v***s overshadowed those years. And elected Biden. He has undone most of Trumps successes and caused a crises on the border. Biden is governing as a dictator, with dozens more EO's than any other president. He only signed 1 important law. And that law spent 8% of the money in that bill for which it was named--The C***d Relief Bill. In reality it was a very expensive pork filled s**m

Awesome sourcing, as usual. Bye the bye, if you had tried to find a train to anywhere after 9/11, you were just about SOL. No one wanted to fly and there were few trains to be had. The gov't (state and federal) in its infinite wisdom supported trucking and airplanes to the exclusion of rail.

What the heck are you babbling about, trains? What exactly are you suggesting about trains?

This is BS, I am certain that Scalia or any human being with even a modicum of a conscience would sentence a man to death when he knew he was innocent.

Ha Ha! That's what Republicans need is compliments from you.

Eisenhower later identified as one of his two biggest mistakes as president the appointing of Earl RINO Warren.

I have posted this before. But it's Sat. morn. and time for a good laugh, albeit at the U.S.'s expense.

'Weekend at Biden's' blew my mind. I did not know we had any friends in Australia but maybe we have more there than I thought. No doubt the rest of the world sees this in exactly the same way rational Americans (not Democrat L*****ts) do.

Check out the video from Australia. https://rumble.com/vf2byf-australian-reporter-thinks-biden-admin-is-a-joke-weekend-at-bidens.html

It does not seem that either Trumpf OR Bide-one are sterling examples of mental acuity and reason!

Just sayin’.
