He appointed persons that were evidently unqualified to hold the positions. This accounted for the rapid and repeated turn-over of personnel.
Bide-one has likewise made several immediate questionable decisions, and is surrounding himself with hold-overs from the Obummer administration. We will have to see how his decisions and appointments work out. The mess at the Southern border is an immediate indication things may not be going well.

Not only our southern border but what Russia and China are doing with regards to Ukraine and Taiwan shows they don't respect America or it's new leaders.
