Thanks Mike. No, I think these guys are part of the Army jump demo team, or wannabees. But they are using the Jump School facilities at Yuma.

Yep. I've done that a couple times. Once you are under a good canopy the rest of the ride is great. That first few seconds, though is a severe test of the sphincter muscles!

Yeah...I'd never do that.

My nephew did a bit in the 82nd Airborne and did 4 tours in Iraq.

In my opinion that's something better left to the young and dumb. No reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

Yeah, well. Each to his own. I did it. Like everything else, it takes some training and knowledge. And the sense to know that it's serious business and has to be treated that way.
