The top four special places you want to shoot at, or shoot at again.
Spain, Greece and Israel- lived in Spain but doing things 20-somethings did, not overly into photos except as snaps. Went to other countries but decided I could take nice photos or enjoy the trip. Chose the latter. San Francisco (again lived there but not into photos at the time). And of course revisit any of our national parks.

For many of us, we sometimes only get so many opportunities for one reason or another (sometimes our health or money), to go to special places to photograph. Where would you want to return to shoot or want to go for the first time? I know it will be hard for some to choose, but it may give others some ideas since they are important to you.
Mine, in no special order:
1. Grand Caynon (return) An unbelieveable place. I would seriously live there.
2. Canadian Rockies (return) Been once but did not have enough time to explore. Never seen so many stars at night.
3. Italy (Desire)
4. Japanese Gardens (Desire)

Here's a more practical game, the 4 places you like to go for photographs within 2 hours of your home. For me:
1) Palm Beach county Florida wetlands (Green Cay, etc.)
2) South Beach at blue hour
3) Butterfly World in Coconut Creek
4) Wynwood (near Miami)
Choosing only 4 is tough, but...
1. Iceland (return)
2. Falklands/ South Georgia/ Antarctica (return)
3. Italy (return), Cinque Terre (desire)
4. Scotland (desire)
1. Yellowstone return
2. Bryce return
3. African photo safari — anywhere
4. Cuba
Definetely next time to the north rim.
The world is a big place. And it's all so beautiful! I'm not sure there's time, $$, and energy enough to see everything I'd like to see and photograph.
1) The Grand Canyon is always on my heart, and I return as often as I can.
2) Machu Picchu. I've been there twice, but still haven't gotten to the far end! I think I need one more trip.
3) New on the horizon is Scotland, Ireland, and Wales and parts of England. These are ancestral jaunts.
4) Every inch of Ecuador! I go there every year, but there are still places I've not been - mostly in the south.
5) Western Montana. I fell in love with Montana my first trip there. I'd love to have unlimited time and resources to see all God put in that wonderful part of the world.
6) Hike the Appalachian trail. With a camera in hand, of course.
I could go on and on!!!!! Oh, wait. That's more than 4.
Yosemite National Park.
Niagara Falls, Canadian side.
San Francisco and vicinity.
Old Quebec.
1. Florida Keys.
2. Everglades
3. Butchart Gardens, Victoria, BC
4. Serengeti Plain, Tanzania

Hawk Mountain, Pennsylvania
Australia Great Barrier Reef. Return
Mount Cook New Zealand. Return
Antarctica. Wish
Grand Canyon. Return X 100
In a different spirit perhaps:
1: Early in the morning in a chase boat along side the rowers practicing on the Connecticut River.
2: In a farm field when the farm hands are harvesting by hand.
3: At the local firehouse photographing the firefighters and first responders while they are training and getting ready for their work.
4: Photographing all the pollinators, bees, wasps , flies at a clump of goldenrod in the middle of the day in August.
Of course I would love to be at Point Reyes or Theordore Roosevelt National Park or Paris or New York.
Panama and NYC, again
Grand Canyon, Spain

For me it would be: South Africa-Kruger National Park, Australia - already visited Tasmania, Wyoming - loved it, and Alaska.
