I went to the zoo yesterday to do my occasional visit to the big cats. (Yes, I see other stuff, too.) Hope you enjoy what I came home with!

Nice zoo shots. Is this at the Phoenix zoo? I enjoyed being there a few years ago.

Yes, it is the Phoenix Zoo. I've been a member there for a few years. I don't go as often as I'd like because I don't like threading my way through traffic to get there!

Very nice. The Tiger looks like he is upset about something. Wouldn't want to get too close to an angry Tiger! Even if he doesn't have a golf club handy.

I don't think he's angry. Bored perhaps. There's something about the shape of their faces and mouths that makes them look that way, I think. Thanks so much for visiting.

Ours was closed for awhile. The good thing is that they extended all the membership by the number of months they were closed! They do police the mask rule and limit attendance.

Wow, excellent.
Love the Lion and the Tiger photo's, BUT,
your Giraffe photo is outsatanding, and what a great looking exhibit they have for them, very realistic looking.

Why thank you, Tom. Those are encouraging words. The young giraffe is a real treat. She's quite beautiful, but then, all giraffes are. Their area is quite natural and pretty good size. They seem to enjoy it.
