my order, which was "shipped" on 2/22, still shows to be in Newark on both B&H and the FedEx websites. So I will call B&H. Good advice!

I found your order and I asked a shipping dept manager to look into this situation.

Henry, same situation for my order - shipped on 2/22 and stuck in Newark since. Are you able to have somebody look into it for me, as well? I filled out an online request for information over the weekend. Thanks much!!

The shipping manager's reply to my query said significant weather-related issues within Fedex go back to 02/10. The majority of packages have been dealt with up to 2/17 and many more past that date have finally started to move. I know this is frustrating and for some, very inconvenient. I regret that it is and appreciate your patience.

the shipping manager's reply is nonsense. They - FedEx have just found the consuming business to have too little profit so they just make excuses. Their tracking site is horrible and never has any information other than where the package seems to be at the time. Amazon, USPS, and UPS all managed to deliver to me with not more than a couple of days delay during the storms...;-)

It's personal and they are singling you out! I would blow up their Customer Service inbox with all of the posts in this thread to show them.

What you are suggesting is, of course, ridiculous. You are just angry and are making this stuff up. If you are going to trash a company do it based on actual facts, not emotion. My FedEx deliveries in New Jersey almost always arrive the day I expect them, and occasionally the following day. I can track where they are and when they are expected to arrive in just a few seconds. I do virtually all my shopping online and get multiple packages from UPS and FedEx every week. Both UPS and FedEx are extremely reliable. As far as Amazon PRIME, that a whole different level of support. Being in New Jersey and only minutes away from two major Amazon warehouses, I get my Prime deliveries in one to two days and more recently the same day as I order.

The reason you get your FedEx packages is because you are in New Jersey, that is where all the FedEx packages go to die. If you would take the time your would see the New Jersey death spiral.

I know plenty of people all over the country who don't have problems with FedEx. I know this because I ship to them.

I don't think you are an idiot and certainly don't believe I implied that you were. But I completely disagree with the details of your criticism of FedEx which is based on your opinion, not fact.

I'm sorry I did not include the entire fact-based diatribe of email and screenshots to prove my case! I should have known better than to express my experiences. This will be my last ramble and I'll be unsubscribing from this site once I get the enter button! have a nice day

I ordered some developing B&W equipment to be delivered to Mexico City. They said the ETA (estimated time of arrival) would be 5 labor days and I got it exactly 5 days later. I’m sure that you will receive it pretty soon. Good luck.
