The first one really does show urban landscape, and the second has an appealing composition. Nice work.

#1.. The Corner. Here decisions are made. Turn right, turn left, go straight....

#2.. The Field. Just past Rolf's, along the way to Poverty Flat.

#3.. The Park. From outside the park, overlooking Pam's house.

#4.. The Portal. From off my back deck.

Yesterday morning.

Pam needs to get on the roof and sweep the solar panels or pay the city rate for electric. Hasn't changed much since I was there first about 50 years ago! I like all the photos but like some other commenters said #1 has something, I just don't know what.??

Thanx, Abo, but if I cloned out the power lines the poles would fall over. And either the clock on my stove would go out or my land line wouldn't work, one or the other. Or maybe both!

So the power lines hafta stay. They're all part of Reality.

Beautiful series. The compositions of each photo, the processing you did... the first one is exceptional in my opinion.

True-ish, Lenny, as regards my choice of the word 'urban' here. I'll grant that none of these look particularly 'urban' in the sense that <fill in whatever inner city area anywhere that expresses 'urban' (decay?) for you here: ___________ (but if you will, we could enter 'Newark, NJ' here and maybe that would work for you?)> might, but: Everything is relative, wouldn't you say?

I like these; we get a more up close and personal look at your neck of the woods. And...drum roll...for ONCE my neck has more snow than yours.
