Great win for the Bucs but I wonder if they’ll able to use the canons. The SB is supposed to be a neutral site and the canons would impact the neutrality.

Since canons are rules or laws, I’m not sure what you’re referring to.

Bill Russell has 11 in 13 years.

You might say that Russell was heads above his competition!! Absolutely one of the greatest athletes of sports. What great timing that Chamberlain was playing at the same time. I would have loved to have seen them battle.

Yes, Brady has brought them to the super bowl and it will be the first time in history that a team gets to play in their own stadium for a super bowl. Our pro hockey team also won the Stanley cup, and our baseball team almost made it to the world series.

Super Bowl XIX was almost a home game for the 49ers; it was played at Stanford Stadium, about 30 miles down the road from their home stadium of Candlestick Park. That was 49ers 38, Miami Dolphins 16. The current home of the 49ers is only 13 miles from Stanford Stadium. Back to the topic, it's very difficult to compare the best athlete from different sports. Michael Schumacher or Lewis Hamilton or Tom Brady? I would say either Jimmy Clark or Ayrton Senna. It is extremely difficult in a team sport, as there are too many variables beyond the control of the athlete being compared.

Oh, but it's always fun. In my day, we'd compare Mickey Mantle and Al Kaline, or Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb. I had a professor who was young Babe Ruth was playing. Apparently Ruth was a tremendously charismatic individual and his legend was made as much off the field as on.
