I have a large range of Neewer products ranging from a full studio flash setup down to camera triggers,
all of which work fine so have never needed to contact them directly.

I've bought batteries, chargers, intervalometers, remote shutter controls, etc. with good results. Never had to deal with their customer service.

I have several Neewer products, and delt with customer service once. No complaints!

Have bought a few of their products the only issue I had was a missing qr plate on the gimbal head I purchased. Their customer service replaced it no problem although took a month to get here from China.

I have used many of their product but never had an issue that required customer service. I would imagine it's not their strong point. My experience has been for lower cost buy from companies like neewer through Amazon but for service B and H I

I've bought some Neewer items thru Emily & Lilly. No problems with anything so far. But, Emily and Lilly have given excellent customer service to me.

I have their tripod that works well. no complaints because I haven't used their customer service. The manual that I got with the tripod was written in odd English but I was able to figure out how to make it work. I like how smooth the gimbal pans for video.

I have used Neewer and I have not had a problem with them. And I agree the Neewer is only a marketing brand. Maybe that is why you are having problems with their customer service.

I have a Neewer speedlight, flash triggers, and a gimbal head. All work well with no issues.
