I don't get the one about greed. What's noteworthy about the one with the dinosaur?

I think in the first image it's a sloth, therefore he is already one of the sins.

It is a place where they will do a fast oil change, lubrication etc on your car. The one near my house advertises 20 minute.
The automobile maintenance version of a fast food shop.
So the guy's eye sight is so bad that he went into the wrong place. The eye doctor was probably next door or across the street.

Come to think of it the one near my house is at an intersection where the Lube place is on the NE corner, a gas (petrol) station/convenience store on the SE, a Middle School (years 7-8) on the SW and a large Eye Clinic on the NW.

The sloth has repurposed his life, guess he wasn't really lazy, so he's now a 'greed'.

I showed up at one of my Dr.'s office for an appointment Tuesday. The actual appointment was for Wednesday. Sometimes I think I need a keeper.

In the "Pickles", he is also showing signs of dementia... He fails recognize that he DOES need to have his eyes examined, and has lost some of his cognitive abilities to recognize his need for a checkup.

He thought he was going for an eye exam. At then end, he says he doesn't need an eye exam, although he entered the wrong building.

Well, the good news is you didn’t show up on a Wednesday for a Tuesday appointment.👍

The pickles one relates to stereotypes about us old people, none of which is true, of course.

Sometimes we go somewhere and forget why we went. Sometimes we refuse to admit when our sight and/or hearing is declining. Sometimes we mix up days and appointments. Sometimes we go to the wrong place, like going to the refrigerator instead of the cupboard.

A couple of months ago I had a 3PM with a Podiatrist on a Wed. All day Wed from the time I got up I was thinking it was Tuesday. Then my wife asked me about my appointment - at 4:15PM. I called, made apologies and re-scheduled. Turns out they were swamped by referrals from Urgent Care and the ER so I wasn't missed and the Doc didn't get an extra break but because I didn't show up he was getting to go home on time at 5PM.
