I've worked on a medical device for f**e boobs.

Evidently it's a process, and a painful one at that, to go from a B to a C or jump in any size. So the docs put something smaller in place let the skin stretch to it. Some time later they remove that tweener bag and insert the the next one until they reach the size requested.

The device I worked on had a CO2 (g****l w*****g device) cartridge in it. My first reaction was a "Boob Bomb"? There was some electronics in it as well as a small valve and a bladder. You could increase the inflation a little bit via a remote at the doctors office.

Long story short there was an issue with the cartridge leaking in a patient which required emergency surgery. F**e boobs aren't worth it.
