I was in CA a few years back and took a couple of days off to visit Yosemite, one park I never had a chance to see, up to that point. Since it was a visit with no preplanning, I had to stay in Maricops, 49 miles from the park. That meant a 1 hour trip each way so no early morning shots or sunsets. But, it worked out and I shot as much as I could in 2 days. Certainly not enough time, but I will go back. Back then I was using a Canon 7D with the 28 to 135 kit lens and these images are the result. They look different than when I processed them the first time and I thank the advances in PS, LR and Topaz for the upgrades.
