I once went to the Indy 500 qualifications and shot a roll of 36 exposures. When I changed film, I discovered that the leader had never engaged. I never made that mistake again.

You have such lovely images of that iconic bridge. I've had that experience. Not so much from forgetting to load film, but loading film that didn't catch in the take-up reel, thus not advancing!
