Seized bolt rule: if there is only one that needs to be removed it will be "seized" otherwise it will always be the last one of the group that needs to be removed. I think it indicates that the inanimate object is capable of fighting back!

Absolutely correct - it is ALWAYS the last bolt that seizes, strips the treads or breaks.

Working on F4 avionics one unit’s removal required removing the ejection seat 1st then the next step in the instruction stated wrench size and stated “remove the 2 inaccessible bolts...”
