Probably. Ive used Zeiss and Nikon, they both make similar products low cost at costco or amazon. I'd imagine they are all similar probably alcohol based, but I go with the camera and lens makers name brands just out of caution.
Personally I donβt like the paper products I use a micro fiber cloth(s).
More important than paper or cloth is make sure there is no dirt or grime on the glass or the cleaning paper/cloth, when you wipe the lens.
You can use a blower or Camel hair brush first then lens cleaning fluid of your choice followed by wiping.
Or just huff it and wipe in circles. LOL.
Well you will get many more lens cleaning ideas Here, everybody has their own method. Pick the one that makes sense to you.

I get the Zeiss. They are probably close. I've never had a problem with Zeiss.
I have never used them and probably never will.
NO! Don't take chances with your fine lenses and filters. Use only products s that are SPECIFICALLY indicated for use with photographic lenses.
Many glass cleaning products and some intended for eyeglasses contain ammonia which can harm lens coatings and affect the cement that keeps the front element in place. Others contain antin fogging agents that leave a residue that is difficult to clean off.
Many clothes that are intended for dusting, furniture polishing, etc won't harm other surfaces but they may be too abrasive for lenses.
Some years ago I used to share premises with a camera repair shop and from what I learned from that experience, long story short, keep all consumer and industrial cleaners, lubricants, and tools away for your cameras and lenses unless you like costly repairs!
There are specialized lens tissues, cloths, brushes, and cleaning solutions. The solutions have to be used sparingly and exactly according to the instructions. The Zeiss materials are fine.

I have used similar products on my glasses and lens, zero problems. Is there a reason why you would think there would be???

Many eyeglasses are made of optical plastic and coated with an anti-scratch varnish. I told my optician that I continuously abuse my glasses by placing my cameras' viewfinder eyepieces against them, so he double-dipped them for me- I can clean my eyeglasseswith anything- I can wash them off in the sink and dry them with paper towels- they are impervious. Your camera lenses and filters do no have this kind of protection.
