lol your method of transportation looks like fun, and i love the humor...enjoyed the shot and the laugh, stash.
It appears to me that someone should be offended by that statue and bring it crashing to the ground into pieces.
Just joking.
Enjoy you scooter in a great part of the world.
Nice shot Stash - and a good looking ride!

Did you get up to Laconia, NH for Motorcycle Week??
No, I haven't gone for a few years now.
Nice picture and very nice looking scooter. When I was younger I loved anything with two wheels and a motor and I've owned three motorcycles. In 2015 when I moved from the Chicago area to rural southern Illinois I thought I was going to love riding my Honda CTX700 but my love for motorcycles over time had waned. I tried to sell it but had no interested buyers even though it was a beautiful bike. So I donated it to the Make a Wish Foundation. They sold it for much less than it was worth so someone got a great bike at a great price.

It is a statue of Revolutionary War soldier, not a Civil War soldier plus it is in a northern state, so why should it be taken down. Why should any of them be torn/broken down anywhere? The statues are a part of the history of the entire country. They represent people and times that are historical. Removing statues or memorials of history will not change history.

Thank you merrytexan. I sold my big motorcycle about five years ago and went to the smaller, no frills, 650cc Suzuki Burgman Executive. Glad you enjoyed the photo.

Nice picture and very nice looking scooter. When ... (

I've been riding for a lot of years and wasn't quite ready to give it up entirely. I will be 78 this month
and the 650cc Burgman is easier to handle than my big Gold Wing at this stage of my life. At least your bike
went to a good cause.

Glad you liked it Indrajeet Singh. Thank you.
Stan, that is a great shot of the Exec with the statue. I love the colors and composition. Looks like you had a great day for a fun ride. My wife had two 650 Burgmans, a standard and a red Exec just like yours. She rode it from Boise, Id to Virginia, Mn to a rally we went to in 2007. We put a Russell Daylong Saddle on it and it was a great, comfortable ride. She finally gave up the Burgman for a GL1800 Gold Wing! I loved riding her Burgman, though. We gave up riding about 5 years ago, but I keep thinking that if I ever take up riding again, I’d seriously consider another Burgman. You can find lots of Burgman riders on maxi-scoots.com, by the way. Thanks for sharing your sunny day ride along with a bit of history.
