for both used and new cameras....lenses and gear.

Which had the best "return" policy?

Roberts......B and H........Adorama.....Keh

Thanks

I've only had to return product ones and that was with Adorama. They didn't give may any problems and their refund was prompt.

I have found that B&H is by far the best. Their selection is immense. Their prices are great. Their customer service is fantastic. I just love their conveyer belt system. Their candy dishes are always full. You can never be disappointed.

Happy Shooting!

Which is best? It depends on who buys. I have purchased from all, and they are all best. The people that work at the sites are more than helpful. Can ask any of them a question and you will get an a good discussion.

B&H had decided to take the low road on the sales tax issue and may experience future problems with govt. agencies but they are still worth doing business.

I don't know what "the low road" might be, nor why you think we'd take it. Various states require that retailers who do not have a physical presence in the state collect and remit state sales tax. We do exactly that. If a customer has our Payboo card (www.bandh.com/payboo) and uses it, we then refund the amount of the tax to the customer so the state gets theirs and the customer isn't out of pocket. We do not anticipate any future problems with govt. agencies for our customers or ourselves.
