Very talented group! I think Trans Siberian Orchestra, Disturbed, and AC/DC met at the tower of Babel and came together to jam -- only we can't understand their language!

Hey they're really good! A little too "heavy metal" for me but I can appreciate a talented group of musicians who are clearly good at what they do. I wonder how their Mongolian ancestors would react to this music?

In a similar vein, try the Icelandic group Sigur Ros. Just as with The Hu you can't understand the words but their skill and music speak for themselves.

The Hu!!!
No, not Roger, Keith, or Pete...
Since I'm only 65, some of y'all might not swing with this but some great music nonetheless. A Mongolian band with some traditional instruments, throat singing, rock.
Really awesome and mesmorizing at times. Hard rockers...wait for 'Black Thunder' and 'This Is The Mongol' at the end!!!

This was a Covid Concert since they got stuck in Australia while on tour. Hope there are those among y'all that enjoy. A nice change of pace!

The Hu!!! br No, not Roger, Keith, or Pete... br S... (show quote)

Watch this Mongolian, Enkh Erdene, who does not speak nor understand English wowed the judges with his rendition of Amarillo by Morning and received a standing ovation at the end...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K4l1pIj0UI

I know, right? When I first stumbled across this form of music (there are several bands like this), the brain did not wrap around right away.
Heavy Metal. Mongolian. Throat singing. ...??!!
But then you hear it and the brain realizes they quite naturally go together. Like peanut butter and chocolate.
