They came a little earlier than usual. Even the little buddy showed up after a while. Strange he is much more wary and nervous than the big one.While it is hard to tell from the images, he is massive in the body. The smaller one is no slough but looks small when the are together.

Beautiful pictures Rick.

That is indeed one heavy bodied buck!

The older deer has some interesting gnarly stuff at the base of his main frames. I would like to see a head on shot of this deer when his antlers harden.

I would guess the younger one is his offspring.
