I have Nikon, always have, would not change. But I have had Cannon's in my hand. Very nice camera, it is all where you have our money invested. Like dating, I am glad I am not at that juncture and do not have to decide anymore.

OH, BTW. was a Cheve man with my 66' chevelle SS, now I drive F150. I still like Diet Caffene Free Pepsi (have to drink the sugar free stuff) and I like my Boarshead Bologna!!!!!

everyone is entitled to their own opinions and honestly it is how you make the equipment preform that makes good photography......my "low end" canon rebel xs works great because I have taken several classes on how to use it to its max preformance

Nikon, Canon, whatever. The one thing that nobody needs is THAT person. When someone says something like that just turn and walk away. He obviously has issues that you don't need to deal with. You have a like to enjoy. I used to work at a place where almost every morning I would hear two co-work argue whether Audi or BMW was the best. It gets old.

I've switched back and forth several times and am now at a state where I have adapted Nikon lens to Canon EOS bodies, and vice versa and still can't get a shot I'm happy with. Too old for motorcycles, so what do you do... I know - get on HedgeHog and spend the day arguing with other people just like me all day and into the evening. :)

Photography does not just come from the make of the camera but from the brain that sees the image. Karl Lagerfeld the designer is also a friend. This man shot a show during Paris Fashion Week with a Kodak 110, now if someone would tell me that I would laugh, you had to see the photos he took. They were absolutely beautiful, so it has nothing to do with the camera, they just capture the image.[/quote]

Not if the other guys are driving 500 hp cars, could he drive the track of course and he probably would outdrive the car. It is the creative ability of the user not necessarily the equipment. Hell my first camera was a Kodak box.

The guy is a camera snob and doesn't have a clue about what he is talking about. If I need a copying machine I buy a Cannon, when I want to take good pictures I buy a Nikon. LOL!!! Just kidding everyone. Cannon and Nikon make good cameras.
