Beautiful set, Mike. I like the way you let the water be water and catch the action. It's not so fast that single drops stand our and not too slow that it blurs. It's the way the eye sees it.
I appreciate that, John, I try to get the "real" picture where I can.
Friday I drove up to the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon to check on the state of Albion Basin, the site of a great wildflower bloom every summer. We still have 2 to 4 weeks because the snow has not melted in the valley crease. I decided to stop on the way down to take some landscape shots (I will post these later).
I then discovered that the remaining snow was yielding a great downhill flow. The conditions were poor because it was mid-day. Many of my water shots were blown out (probably should have had a polarized filter).
The ones that I was able to salvage are attached to give an idea of the results of the continuing thaw.

Great series and something we don't see in south Texas.
Thanks, Mike, but do they still have the flash floods across the roads? That was always more rushing water than I liked to see in San Antonio.
Yes, and we are having one as I write. I stay home now. Some 30+ years ago when we first got to SATX we went through a low water crossing not knowing any better. Right after that another car went through and was swept away and the lady drown. Lesson learned!

These are just wonderful Mike and I love them all, but #2 is my favorite. Nature, nothing is better and rushing water, the best!
