B & H has the Sony A7II full frame with kit lens for $998, which is a little older but for me, it has everything I need. And as for the kit lens? For the money. It's pretty good. I don't care what anyone says.

The only thing I agree with you on is your statement about Democrats. I am an America loving constitutional conservative. Of course people will start new businesses, they always have but it will take years before we can get back to where we were.

You might want to consider a "refurbished" Nikon D850 from Nikon USA ($2799.00). I bought mine in this manner over a year ago and have purchased several refurbished lenses through Nikon USA. The items are usually new and overstocked.
When I got my refurbished Nikon D850 I checked the shutter count, it was "O". So I assume the camera is new.It comes with a Nikon USA warranty (90-days). I have a number of Nikon DSLR's and have never had one fail unless I caused the problem.
Once or twice a year they have a 10% discount on refurbished items. Usually around Memorial Day, Labor Day and the Holidays. Good luck!
