WHAT are you babbling about? Social Security cards are not hard to get. If you lost yours you need to go to the local SSA office and get a new card. Depending on how many people are in line (seated) ahead of you, it can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple hours. If you are collecting social security then you are most likely retired. It gives you something to do with your time.
Where does it cost over $1000 to register 2 cars? Certainly not in Pennsylvania! You say you went for a new license 4 times but you didn't really explain why. Last year, while buying a new vehicle, I discovered my drivers license had expired so I needed to get a new one pronto. Went to the PA drivers license office, took a number and answered a few questions and sat down until my number was called. About 45 minutes after arriving, I left with a shiny new PA photo drivers license. No fuss, no muss, no return trips.
One would certainly think "a building for disabled people", if it has steps, would also have a ramp. How else would the disabled people enter the building?! By the way, my wife is disabled. She is a victim of a foreign person living in the USA who was in a big hurry and decided to turn left into opposing traffic while the traffic light was red. She no longer has an ankle in her right leg, it has been replaced with titanium rods, and she has an artificial right knee. There are three titanium rods in her right foot and another titanium rod in her right leg between the foot and knee. It took her almost a year to walk again and she can only walk short distances. When we go somewhere I load her wheelchair or scooter into the car. If we are taking a train I bring the wheelchair. Of course with the C***D stay at home thing going on, we haven't really been going anywhere except when necessary. What's my point? In the past few years since the aforementioned car crash, we have yet to encounter a building that my wife could not enter. I'm not saying they don't exist, I'm saying we've not encountered one.
As for conservatives blocking v**ers, I've v**ed in every e******n since I've been eligible to v**e and I don't recall anyone, regardless of political inclination, attempting to block me or anyone else from v****g.

SS card on one I know that is over 50 has the card. Penndot recommending SS office. Went their they were not doing that service that day. I am not retired why would you think that. I producer/ content marketer and have 75 videos on vimeo. Local offices like in Ardmore right near me don't do pic for license. Only 3 main offices do that near me. A state inspection for 2 well taken for cars was not cheap. Titles plates were $almost
$400. Very sorry to hear about your wife's terrible experience prayers for her health. My wife has been very ill for years and it is not easy.
My comment about regulations h**ers was that I have a disabled grandson and my wife walks with a cane.I fully support wheelchair access etc.
If you have been paying attention of states that have been gerrymandered districts which is being reviewed and changed now. The Georgia e******n was not honest. Minorities are dissuaded by days to v**e and hours that are impossible for them. The conservative party if fighting mail v****g this year because they will lose big time. My thoughts are with your family that things are well.
