Topaz Sharpen AI

I have Topaz Sharpen AI and the software will not work. Does anyone have it and use it? I am using Tiff files. I have contacted support and they can't figure out why it will not work.

I have the trial version and it does not work. I tried to save an image to compare it to the original image and a message came up saying I would have to buy the program in order to save the image. What's the purpose of the trial version if you can't use it?

I have used it since last October and have not had any issues at all with it, I also run my raw files thru the Nikon software save it as a tiff then do what I have to do on the image

After it finished processing, you can view its results in the application and decide if it is worth purchasing. All of Topaz's demos work the same.
I've used Sharpen AI during my first foray into macro photography with incredible results.

I use topaz DeNoise Al first if needed, them Topaz Sharpen AI and have been getting great result.
I started using Topaz Al back in January 2020
Look at some of my posting to see the results. I can now shoot at ISO 3200 to ISO 6400 and get rid of the noise and have a sharp photo.

I just got the trial version and have had no issues, either as a standalone or as a plugin to Lightroom Classic.
I should note that this program does not have in its list of usable formats .TIFF, nor PSD for that matter.

BTW I really the results I'm seeing. Of course more time is needed on other photos before a final decision is made to purchase.

Carol,
It works fine on jpeg, RAW (Nikon anyway), and tiff. May I suggest that you uninstall the version you have loaded and install it again directly from the Topaz Labs website. I am assuming you have purchased a copy and have access now to the user area. FWIW, I had a similar problem in the past with a different program from Topaz and doing the process I mentioned above solved the problem.

V2.0.5 certainly opens tiff files for me.

I have the Topaz AI programs and have no problems with their functioning. Sharpen AI has an option to refresh the screen or not after you change the screen view or adjustments. Possibly, you have that turned off and you are not seeing the effects?

Mine loaded into Photoshop and Lightroom, no problems, no issues. Most of my images are run through Topaz.

No problems with the program operating either as a standalone or plugin to Photoshop.
Hope you get it sorted out as it's a great product that I use all the time.

Can you be more specific when you say it doesn't work? I have most of their products and use with no issues.

Same experience here. I'm using both DeNoise AI and Sharpen AI as plugins with Corel's Paintshop Pro 2020 with really good results.

I have a problem sending a pic from lightroom to any Topaz product. I now open the pic from explorer and drop on the Topaz product and then then import to LR. Yes, it is a pain, but the Topaz products do such a good job I just live with it.
I used Topaz Gigipixel to resize an image of 20 meg to 100 meg by mistake. I had to leave the computer for awhile.
