I have tried cloning and healing but I can't get rid of that black limb going through the birds beak in way that its not obvious I did something. How would you do it?

Hi Keni. This is my try.
The beak does not look quite right to me though. Maybe I cloned a bit too close.

BTW, I really like your pic and your pp.

My favorite is the content aware patch tool in photoshop. In the same toolbox with the spot healing brush.

Keni, Cotondog did a remarkable job on getting rid of the limb. Just a hint for the future. Things like removing or retouching work much better prior to applying special effects. In this case, any small issues with removing the limb would be obscured by the effects.

Which tools or steps did you use?

Yep, I'm with Mr. Malarz: when at all possible, do cloning prior to any other edits. But, Cotondog's and Guyserman's results are great!

Another tip: see the opposite effect when I added to the left-side leaf here. To get the sharp edge on your bird's beak, try a sharp-edged brush, then blend with soft further out. You might see a few remnants in mine because I was editing in a bright room - and it was a belated fix, done after all other editing

HI Kenie this is my version, I cut out the birds beak and part of its head, selected a section that was near to the color behind the head and the head and moved it in place . Using a mask and soft brush I blended it into the background.. I also used a mask on the head layer to tidy it up round the beak.. Good pp work on it..

Would you believe, No Cloning!
It's true. I drew a selection reasonably close around the limb and deleted it leaving a hole there. Then I used the smudge tool to smear the surroundings into the vacancy. I have thought about this before but never tried it and this was a perfect occasion to try it out. Probably cloning, or a combination of cloning and smudging would do a better job.

The limb doesn’t bother me; it looks natural.

I think that is what overwhelms novices - at least it did for me But enough practice should help folks become comfortable with whatever method they choose after sampling several. Practice, practice, practice!
