Thanks for the encouragement. I took these shots with my D810. It does not collect the images automatically. I had to refocus manually for each shot but being careful I didn't move the camera in the process. That was the hard part. The processing is just a matter of following the steps. I used Lightroom to edit the images then PS to do the stacking. Easy as pie.
