Whether or not Romney did the right or wrong thing v****g to convict on 1 article, you must agree it took some amount of guts. I maintain that if he had any balls at all,. when he ran against Obama, he would have won. He was afraid to cofront him because he is black. He was afraid of being called r****t,among other things. Obama was very vulnorable on any number of things. Romney should have taken advanage of this vulnerabilities, he didn't and he lost. Maybr he is still bitter and that's why he v**ed the way he did.

No different then gays "coming out of the closet"...people don't care.....MOST.....just don't want to hear about it. Romney didn't have to use "The sign/voice from GOD" to "tell" him to v**e to convict....WELL....NOW we know......He's an "outa-da-closet" DEMOCRAT.

I have no concept of the political pressures of being a senator, or the moral pressures of hearing messages from God; but Romney simply did what was right. I applaud him for that. But, doing what is right should be a given. Nobody gets rewarded for Not being a drug addict.
Romney manned up only as he should have done as a US senator with an inkling of integrity.
The Senators who v**ed to not include witnesses, v**ed to acquit in the face of absolute abuse of power and obstruction; should be the recipients of our attention, and scorn.
History will tell their story.

You ONLY believe Romney was right because it is what fits your own bias and narrative.
He didn't do the right thing because he agrees with you. He did the right thing because he v**ed his conscience and what he believed was the right way to v**e.

It is reprehensible, sad, and destructive that other senators lacked the moral fortitude to disregard their political fears and v**e their conscience as well.

But my point is that if Romney had the same "moral courage" he would have beaten Obama when he ran for president

I think you make a good point.
During that race, he was referred to as a “hollow suit”.

So you are just exposing your bias, how can you say Romey v**ed with his conscience but the other 52 Republicans didn't? Are you God and know the thoughts of these Senators? It is reprehensible, sad, and destructive that YOU think you know the conscious and motive of 100 Senators. Are you involved in some sort of spiritual Cult group?

I admit, my comment was on the edge, with the intent to irritate.
Relax, I know nothing about anybody’s conscience except my own.

Thus Romney was and weak. A true republican of the old guard, afraid to stand up for the Constitution and what is good and right.
Then he has the nerve to use religion to justify his stupid and moronic v**e.
He could not tell the t***h that he is a bitter loser, h**es the president on a personal basis because the president did what he failed at and that he really is a RINO and favors the democrats over republicans.

He did;t do what's right. He did what he THOUGT what's right. A subtle difference. But that's really not the point. I, stillmaintain that if had the balls he would have confronted Obama on his many vulnerable issues because he was afraid to do the "right" things. If he did he would have won. I could have won that e******n--even if I am totally unqualified
