My wife and I are both amateur photographers that enjoy capturing nature's beauty, together we are looking learn what we can to be able to capture amazing photos and will be upgrading to a Nikon D5600 and saw some great deals on Amazon. We would like some feedback on credible Nikon Dealers within Amazon's platform so that we could start exploring. We have looked into what we want and we chose either the D5600 or D750. Thank you for accepting us in your community. Please help us. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to UHH! If purchasing from Amazon, you'll want to make sure the purchase is directly from Amazon, and not one of their third party sellers. if the listing specifically says "sold and shipped by Amazon" that indicates it is actually sold by Amazon and not a third party. I have often purchased electronics from Amazon directly and have been very pleased with their products and service. Amazon is an authorized dealer for Nikon, Canon and most of the major manufacturers, and they sell cameras with the manufacturer's U.S. Warranty. Third party sellers sometimes offer "grey market" cameras at a lesser price. These grey market cameras do not come with a U.S. warranty. Another way to tell if an item is grey market, is if it is offered at a substantial discount from other dealers. All authorized Nikon U.S. dealers have to sell cameras at a price set by Nikon. (Compare the price with another reputable online dealer such as B & H Photo or Adorama. These two dealers are great and are often recommended here on UHH ). Beware of bundles that include a lot of accessories. These extra items are generally not worth a lot, and tend to be low quality. I am a Canon shooter, but have family members who shoot with Nikon. There is a huge difference between the D5600 and the D750. The D5600 is what is referred to as a crop sensor camera, and the D750 is a full frame model. Could you have been referring to the D7500 which is the next step up in the line of crop sensor Nikons from the D5600? The D7500 would be a great step up from an entry level 3000 series Nikon.

Welcome. If you are an amateur photographer, then the D5600 bundle will be an excellent place to start. Most of the time you can get the same price from B&H or Adorama.
Yes, Amazon has this one for $696.00, and you get a lot of accessories for that price. But most of it is of lessor quality than desirable.

B&H has the bundle for $696.95

My advice is to buy from B&H or Adorama because in the long run you are better off.
Now, that Nikon bundle is a great starting point, that camera has MOST of the same commands and menu's that higher priced Nikon bodies have. So, if at some point you want to move up, it will be an easy transition.
I have used Nikon and Canon for over 50 years, and recently I also have added Sony to my line up.
Any major brand will deliver for you.
But, again I caution to buy from someone other than Amazon for this first important purchase.
Welcome to UHH, I wish you well on you photo adventure. Remember, enjoy the ride and keep on shooting until the end.

The Nikon D5600 with the 18-55 kit lens or the 18-140 should cover your needs. The other kit lens, the 55-200 is also a pretty good lens that will serve you well.
I am not familiar with the price of that camera bundled with kit lenses but I am sure Nikon is offering good deals on it.

B&H, Adorama, Robert Camera, Hunt, Cameta are among the dealers that offer reputable service.

Is the other camera you're considering a D750 or D7500?. The D750 is an FX format full frame camera released in 2014. I have one. It's an excellent camera. The D7500 is a current DX format cropped sensor camera and is a step up from the D3xxx and D5xxx series cameras.

The D3xxx and D5xxx series Nikons have a pentamirror viewfinder. If you can, go up to the D7500. You get a superior pentaprism viewfinder. The glass prism inside gives a larger, slightly brighter view through the viewfinder.

Watch out for the bundles that include the 18-55mm and 70-300mm lenses. The 70-300mm lens they include in the bundle is the non-VR version. Buy one of the VR versions of the 70-300 separately.

Crutchfield is an authorized Nikon dealer. I've purchased a D500, SB-700, and SB-5000 flash from them. They pack things well with packaging peanuts. I'm disappointed with how B & H packages items. They might put one piece of bubble wrap on one side of the product. It's not adequate when you're purchasing cameras and lenses.

Canon and Nikon have their holiday bundle kits annually. If, you had bought the D5600 bundle kit, during the Black Friday and Xmas holiday Sale, you would have saved $100, compared to today's prices. The same was for the D3500 bundle kit. The D5600 has a few more features than the D3500. Two, being an articulating LCD screen, and touch screen. Both have the same 24 megapixels sensor. I don't buy my cameras from Amazon. But, I know two photographers who do. They still have the cameras now. I stick with a camera shop I began buying from, B&H, since 2009. Be aware though, that the D5600 is not compatible with all manual Nikon Legacy Lenses. It will not meter with them. And, it does not have the internal focus motor either. That's two limitations I know about. Still, the D5600 is a very good camera. Good luck.

Just my point of view; I started with the Nikon D3200 in 2013 upgraded along the way D5600, D750 and now as of September 2019 the D810. The bottom line is this, looking back could have saved time, money and frustration by purchasing the D810 after the D3200. Buy the best you can afford and learn with it.
PS. Shot film back in the 70’s and 80’s I just could not believe people were paying $ 2000.00 to $6000.00 dollars for digital cameras, boy was I Wr Wr Wr Wrong.

The D5600 is a good enough crop frame camera with no AF motor built in. If you buy lenses without AFS motors in them, you won’t be able to auto focus. The D750 is a better full frame camera with a built in AF motor. If you can afford it, get the D750. I use one, and love it.

As others asked, are you talking 7500 or 750?
The 7500 is probably the better camera for you.
Since it’s a crop sensor, it will give you much more reach for nature shots.

This is right on the money. When you get the 18-55mm & 70-300mm lens bundle, they give you the non-VR version of the 70-300mm lens. The 18-55mm does have VR. It's even more important to have VR on the longer focal length 70-300mm. Purchase one of the other 70-300mm lenses that has VR.

VR can help as the focal length increases.

On wide angles it’s marketing fluff.
