1976-1982. I still remember well the Blizzard of 77-78. I miss the apple/cinnanom rolls from the OverLook Restaurant in L'Anse. I think that was the name of it.

I don't know the area there to help with your memories. I am in the NW Lower Peninsula of MI... but love the UP, as so many do.

Very nice set Sue! I'v been waiting for a day like that here in Indiana. 
Really like the first one of the covered bridge, it would make a great puzzle! Did you use any effects on it? It has kind of a watercolor like look to it...

Thank you, John. I didn't do any special effects on it, likely all I did was in ACR. It is mostly dramatic due to the wide angle lens used, but that would not explain a watercolor effect you see.

Thank you. While I was playing with icicles on the wood along the shore, it was the patterns/textures of that wood that drew my attention.
