Sadly, Tomlin did good work this year to get 8-8 results out of 5-11 circumstances, unlike last year getting 9-7 out of 13-3 circumstances. I fear Tomlin is the next Jason Garret, a capable organizer with too little passion and one who loses the faith of the players.

I'm just glad he didn't end the season with a loosing record with all the injuries he had.
