Fisher towers was taken with no additional lighting. It is an in camera multiple exposure of 7 photos at ISO 12500 and is way too noisy for any printing. But at small and low resolution it represents what we saw that evening. I know - I know - I mis labeled it when I stored it.

The Ancient Bristlecone Forest tree was shot this summer. It is showing here way darker than the copy on my computer

Now you have my attention. Which Canon and how do you get in camera stacking? I love doing low light shooting. These came out very nice.

May this past spring. It's a good composition but way too much noise because foreground was shot at such a high ISO as it was a black moonless night with only starlight for ambient lighting.

And thanks for the support.

Have a Canon 6D. In menu there is an option for multiple exposures - use additive setting and set number of exposures - 7 max on my camera.

It was so pitch black there that I had to up ISO to the max as I recall. Better yet would be shoot at a high ISO and then reduce ISO to 100 for the last photo to eliminate any noise. But my camera will not do that. There is an add on SW package that installs on the SD storage card that has the capability to change ISO's and I believe exposure times on the stacked photos, but the firmware in my camera will not support it. My buddy Eric Gail figured this all out.

The tree photo was a single exposure with LLL (LED) placed far off to the left.
