Bought this program and started to play around with it.
i think you got mixed up on #3 with the soccer player and the cover saying basketball
I like it a lot. Would love to be able to present to players I shoot as a special capstone picture.

I am going to start to sell this type of work. See how it goes.
Nice. Thanks for sharing Jules. Paul
I've purchased several of their packages (the sports one was one of the first). Lots of fun to play around with and it gives you very professional looking images without a lot of work. Produced several of my grandsons with baseball and hockey themes. They do good work!
I've also found their "Pixel U" program to be a good investment. Lots of good Photoshop and Lightroom instruction and techniques. They post some instructional stuff that produces really amazing results.

I really like product too. I am having a heck of a time with the magazine cover. Place photo on top of logo. I have looked at the video many many times and still can't get it. I need someone to write down exactly how this is done. Just the extracting part...
Here's a few with my grandsons...

I used one of their backgrounds and made this as wallpaper for my cell phone.

I 'borrowed' their magazine cover idea and scanned in the cover of "USA Hockey" to produce this one. The white box is where they print the subscriber address.

Great stuff. Maybe if you wouldn't mind go through the steps when extracting for me. I would really appreciate it.

Outstanding!
What program are you using, just wondering if it's worth the investment? About 2 years ago you gave me some pointers on shooting my granddaughter playing softball, and your advice was extremely helpful. Next year will be her last and she'll be away and playing in collage. The HS coach asked me to be their team photographer for 2020 (I'm actually shocked) but excited too. I post the pictures on Shutter Fly for the coach and the parents, and never charge caused I'm not that good, and it's just for them. I know the majority of the girls since grammar school, and this would be a great way to end the year for them.
I'm no where you your caliber, but I'm having a great time!

Hi Cookie223:
Well congratulations on being named photographer for the team. That's great. I am glad I could give you some advice on your work. What settings did you use of these two shots? The ball is a bit blurry is why I am asking. Oh and the equipment, lenses, etc. too?
Have a wonderful holiday season.

Thanks for the quick response Jules.
My gear consist of a Canon 7D MK II, and a Canon 70-200 II L. I also use a Tamron 150-600 G2 which I use the most often. I also have the Canon 1.4 III extender which I rarely use. I do use a monopod, and almost always leaning against something. I’m not to steady on my feet!
My settings are usually on TV mode, auto focus (BBF) A-servo, ISO between 800 to 1200, shutter speed depends on the lens I’m using. Bear in mind I bounce around trying to keep up with the game. I have gotten clearer shots, but I take quite a few pictures and delete probably 70%.
Once my granddaughter goes to collage, I’ll be limited to how many games I can go to, so I have to find something else to photograph.
Thanks for all your help.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The actual setting for the picture with the ball was, 1/1250 f/4 at 150mm ISO was 800.
