I connected the DP/mDP cable in reverse re the diagram, and the monitor works. Perhaps the diagram was in error, or it was not up to date with current hardware. Now I have a large learning curve to endure with Win10. Old unit had Win8. Never had problems with it like so many seemed to have. Spent an hour trying to figure out how to answer correctly all the security questions. Filling out my birth date was a piece of work. I ended up with birth year 2019. It worked but went back and got it right after about five tries. As Linda Ronstadt (sp?) would say: “Poor, Poor Pitiful Me”.😟.
