The CEO is Elen, she owns total control of all the Half Priced Books in the US. They have a great staff and they are linked to The Antiquarian Book Sellers next door. I tried bookfinder.com and in the ‘more search option’ put 19th century photographer and got a batch. What book finder does is search thousands of book sellers offerings.

In bookfinder.com I did a search on Irene Finley and got results the included William Finley for a book entitled “Little Bird Blue.” This help.

I don't know what computer you are using but there is an app for Apple (and probably PCs too) that searches every book ( so they say) that has ever been published. See if Google can find the app. I had it a long time ago and cannot remember the name.

More to the point, it leads to way too much. If your query is too vague, you'll get 20 million hits to look through. In the time it takes you to do that you could drive to the nearest big city and ask a librarian.

There are several Web sites for out of print books. Google to find them. Somewhere, someone will have a copy, but it could be expensive.
