The shots below where taken at 950mm at F7.5 with a solar filter. There was some overcast that reduced the contrast but I was able to shot through it. All the images except the last where using stacked frames taken from 4K Video using my DSLR. The last image was a single shot that caught some birds flying across the sun just before the Transit ended. The sun was very quite no noticeable sunspots. All comments, questions and suggestions are welcome.

Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good.I actually didn’t know I caught this image until I reviewed the images after the transit.

Ballard, fantastic set. Never had a chance since a cold front was coming through.

I'm guessing an Explore Scientific 127mm triplet? APO refractors are awesome for planets and moon. Your bird shot is right up there with a ISS crossing.
