That is exactly what I said..... It was photo size in pixels, not file size..

I think the office confused because the screenshot he showed us was photo (image) size not file size.

I’ll explain it one more time. There are two sections on the form he displayed. The top section is Pixel Dimensions. The number at the top is the number of megabytes of the image. Under that are the dimensions of the image in pixels. These numbers don’t change unless you crop the image. The second section is the document size. It’s displaying print size and how many pixels per inch, based on that size. Or conversely, the size that will print based on the pixels per inch. The number he has highlighted by the yellow border, the megabytes, has nothing to do with print size.

My apologies. I don't know what I was thinking, I know better. But I looked at the three numbers below and that multiplies up to 45, which is completely wrong that got me in a rut trying to make the 45 right when in fact that should be 16 and not change. So we're right back where we started from, how did that get to be 45, I don't know because it should not change, that should stay 16. Again, my apologies, and thanks for pulling my head out of my rear end.

Which brings us back to the difference between megapixels and megabytes. In black and white it takes one byte to store a pixel, but color takes three.
