No, that is not what I said—at all. People that strive to be nice and tell the photographer that an image is “good” “nice work”, “ interesting” or otherwise suggest that an image is in some way remarkable, when in fact it is no more than a common, ordinary snapshot, are dishonest; and do a disservice to the image maker with false, unwarranted praise. I said nothing about dishonesty relating to looking at composition—Read careful for content, not what you think is the writer’s intent.
Further, I insulted no one. I applauded honesty and labeled it refreshing for a forum that is abundant with false praise for amateurish, unremarkable snapshots—like the one in this thread.
You need to read either slower to understand, or at least more carefully as to not misunderstand the written word.
Now, I have insulted. Further, some insulting advice: don’t take yourself so seriously.

Actually, it seems it is you who have the agenda, by clearly implying support for CPR's "refreshing, honest response," then in the follow up by criticizing UHH as a "forum that is abundant with false praise for amateurish, unremarkable snapshots—like the one in this thread."

And you cannot understand why I, or others here, see you as insulting.

From what I've read here, it seems you are self-contradictory, cowardly, and silly. From now on, I, and others who see this I hope, will pay no attention to your verbiage.

You have a problem reading. My initial post in this thread was about honesty and refreshing comment. I insulted no one.
In my second, most recent post, I said I insulted. I admitted that I insulted you and your apparent inability to read carefully, and to not apply unwritten inference; and your snapshot, and maybe even those who lied to your by omission; that is, not telling you the snapshot was unremarkable- you should try again.
Now you say that I am “self-contradictory, cowardly, and silly”.
In a previous thread you wrongly accused me of engaging in “spike-topped bigotry” which is as equally baseless as your most recents insults. Who is guilty of engaging in meaningless, less than articulate insults?

How is this: You are a true artist. That man going up the stairs is a stroke of artistic genius. Your talent is undeniable. Your post processing skills are amazing.
Are you happy, and contented with those statements? Is that the truth you seek?

Perhaps you should not have asked the question - "..., and, especially, is it a good photograph?" - if you did not really want the answer.

I will not give my opinion on your snapshot because you would not want it. I do not comment very often but from my reading on UHH I find Kmgw9v to be an honest and level headed poster. Feel free to pay no attention to my pronouncements as well.
