I have seen that happen numerous times. Many find real love in prison and some are only Gay for the Stay.

Everyone seems to be focusing on the DUI, but hit and run is just as bad. The penalty for hit and run should be as severe as DUI, because drunk drivers who cause a crash (I won't say accident) will run to try and avoid the DUI.

A DUI is normally a misdemeanor while a hit and run is a felony, much worse than a DUI and the penalty is usually state prison time where the DUI is normally jail time.
