Epic rending of an awesome ride...
Amazing acuity... loving the multi pointed sun-stars on the front chrome...
Fuzzy red dice on the mirror is iconic of this era...
Crystal clear and beautiful done...
Noticed a V8 moniker on the side...
It must have had some serious torque...

btw, you have some seriously impressive imagery on your SmugMug site!
Neighbor lady used to pick up all the neighborhood kids after school in her '50 Ford & drop them all off at home. Could put half dozen kids 6 to 9 years old in the car with room to spare. In those days, no car seats, no seat belts, no half-crazy safety Nazis, no problems!
Looks more like a Chevy than a Ford.
Excellent photo! My first car was a red 51 Ford convertible.
There is a lot of darn good looking old cars up in your neck of the woods and at least one pretty darn good photographer. Thanks for sharing this image and all the rest you share.
Ford outsold Chevy in 1956, as I once read. They were good looking automobiles, for sure.
My Dad was pretty big on Ford/Mercury around late 40’s/1949 through 1950’s, sixties, seventies. Wonderful looking from the pictures of the older ones.
Great pictures.
that is one nice looking shoe box.
