2 blind men sitting on a park bench, they don't know the other is blind also, the younger man explaining to the older fellow what he "Sees".

The older fellow then visualizes what is being explained to him, he then "Sees" the scene that is being told to him.

Very clever, I like that one a lot.

Thanks for the link

The viewers' reactions to this video offer a valuable example of how we respond differently to art. Some of us are more analytical and want to "understand". Others have a more direct emotional involvement. Depends on personality.

To the OP: Thanks for posting. Maybe this could have also "fit" into the Main Photography Discussion" section as part of a discussion of how we react to a photo/video.

I'm sorry,
but I'm confused over the final scene, the young chap couldn't have been blind?

He was to me. Perhaps he felt the warm sun on his face, felt the breeze going by, possibly made up the other parts OR heard the kids playing and filled in parts as he remembered them.

Great video, Dennis. Looking at it, I would say the shooting location of that park is "Lake Balboa" in the Sepulveda Basin of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.

Am I correct?
Rich...

I honestly have no idea. To me this is just a video on Youtube that a friend sent so all of you have the same information from the film that I have.

Thanks to all for comments,

Very moving. The ending was a complete surprise for me.

One thing, though. At the end, we look over the old man's shoulder and see an empty park. Was the young man making all that up to please the old man?

Very good touching video, Dennis, well made, but I guessed the ending before the end of the video.

Ditto! Can someone explain the last scene?

Sure, he was telling his friend what was in his imagination. In other words, he was telling what his friend would like to hear. Maybe his friend was blind or partially blind also.
