If you're talking about the lens for an APSc camera, I have been using one for almost a year. Pluses ... very sharp side to side. Easy to focus and manipulate. Minuses ... it's on the heavy side. I used it on a Canon SL1 and now an SL2 because the camera body was quite a bit lighter than the 70D which I had been taking on travel. This lens was heavier than I thought so the trade-off in body weight was negated by the heavier lens. The image below was taken with the lens in Tel Aviv at the Israeli Museum. This is a miniature layout of what Jerusalem might have looked like 2 thousand years ago. And there are a couple of photos taken at wide, or near wide, angle. Cheers!

I took mine for a Danube River trip. Only lens I used I liked the ability to get close and long shots w/o changing the lens. All shots came out great.
Great. Thanks for the info. I’ll bring mine to Danube river cruise next week.

I just got back from the Danube trip and once again my little Sony HX99 with the 24-750 mm zeiss lens and pop up viewfinder did everything and more to make my trip pleasant and memorial.
I just purchased one and I love it so far. A very good all around lens.
