Really don't understand what your addressing -- I want to see is the military weapons (K*****g Machines) taken off the market -- 10 yrs ago they were banned & then Congress let it expire -- I spent 4yrs in the USMC & have 1st hand knowledge as to their destructive capabilities

There are no military weapons in the public venue.

Yes, and congress can pass laws to outlaw. The constitution does not address automatic or semiautomatic weapons. It addresses muskets. One shot at a time.

And you are out of rounds.

I know for a fact that they are not. Nor is the musket.

However, to assist some here who may not be familiar with the second amendment, "A well regulated M*****a, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Now a more intellectual conversation might be the distinction connecting a "well regulated m*****a" and gun ownership. Should gun owners belong to a well regulated m*****a? Should membership be mandatory? etc. That might be an interesting conversation.

Can you see where AK 47's are mentioned or the Thompson Submachine gun -- Which by the way is banned
this is the usual circular argument -- Let the k*****g to continue all for what is assumed to be seen or not seen in the 2nd Amendment

They were the only guns during that time or single shot pistols. Read history.

Back to what is seen & not seen --- A well regulated M*****a can indeed exclude & does exclude certain types of weapons!! Like Fully Automatic Weapons & 10 years ago the crap that is now k*****g citizens

PS: Can we also assume a Well Regulated M*****a should be equipped with Nerve Gas

As for what a well regulated M*****a probably really is --- We call it the National Guard

I'm well acquainted with history. Are you acquainted with what is written in The Constitution?

Your reading comprehension sk**ls are pretty lame.

Your claim was that lower round magazines would have stopped the Dayton shooter.

Why would it have stopped him?

Again, fully automatic weapons are not legally available to regular citizens, unless one obtains a license first. Secondly, Nerve Gas has been prohibited since 1925 per the protocols established by The Geneva Convention.

And per your statement ..." indeed exclude & does exclude certain types of weapons!! Like Fully Automatic Weapons...", the National Guard, which you stated was a well regulated m*****a, is not permitted to use automatic weapons? I believe they can along with a lot of other exceptional weapons.
