Interesting. Some said it is a replica car, but it has antique auto plates????
It’s a nice shot, but I don’t think it’s an MG. I believe it’s supposed to look like an MG-TD, but the radiator/grill, windshield wipers, hood ornament and wheels are wrong (and the external air horns are silly). If the OP permits, I’ll add a shot of an authentic TD.
It appears to be a kit car.
A replica certainly. Chrome radiator is not MG, wipers as stated earlier. Fenders appear more robust the MG originals. That's all why it os only $8300. IMHO.
Jerry, this looks like it should be yours! Beautiful car.
Reminds me of a model cars that our doctor gave me and my brother when we had our tonsils out. 1955 or 56. I needed the surgery as mine were falling apart. My brother's may have just been optional as the doctor gave him a jar with his in it.

In Arizona a replica is registered as the year it's modeled after rather than the actual assembly date. Maine may do something similar.
I have a Mercedes replica that gets registered as 1929 even though I assembled it in the 90s.

Thank you very much, Walter; I appreciate it.

Great shot of a good looking MG buggy, Rob, it seems reasonably priced.
Thank you very much, Earnest, but as the obsessive compulsive comments say, and they seem to be correct, the car is a replica. The thing is, though, I probably should have used a different title, and, maybe, I wouldn't have received all this flack.
