Her ruling is based upon her interpretation of the 2nd Amendment.

No, what matters in this case is the Heller decision, and the judge has no business making a ruling using erroneous information which she obviously did in this decision.

ANY JUDGE interested in justice would consultant expert witness on topics where they lacked expertise.
