2 - What semi auto rifle has a fire rate of 300-500 rounds per minute?
3 - What military service uses semi auto rifles?
4 - What semi auto round will pass all the way through a person and a building?

You certainly can say this judge is ignorant and has no idea what a simi automatic rifle is and what it is used for.
However sick and mentally ill people will most likely do things if they have access too weapons in my opinion.
