Yes. Many do.
Now what is/are the questions?

I don't use it yet, but I am considering it.Couple of questions: Is this a stand alone or plug in? How does Luminar de-noise compare to Topaz De-Noise.

Thanks for the information. Luminar can either be a standalone as a replacement for Lightroom or it can be a plug-in for Lightroom or photoshop. There is a brand new plug-in from skylum called luminar Flex that I have seen that looks really really good check it out. They have a good tutorial on Skyrim

I think it's a great product. My only complaint and I don't know if it's common to all photo-editing software products is that it take a long time to export a raw file. Usually around two minute.

Yes, it takes me 2-3 minutes to export as well from my laptop. Just bought a SSD and more memory to cure this problem. Should know in a few days. This should be a lot cheaper than buying a new laptop

Yes, I have the latest version and it runs very well on my iMac. There is both a Mac and Windows version and you can try a free version for thirty days. Have fun!

Forgot to mention, Luminar 3 is a great product, and their tech support is very good and responsive via email.

Download the free trial version and use it for thirty days, then decide if it is for you.

The application is built on the Mac OS and ported to Windows apparently, so sometimes the Windows version is less feature rich, updates are a bit slower in coming and occasionally there are a few more bugs in the Windows version. As I use the Mac OS version I cannot confirm from my own experience if these rumours are true. Lastly, it is rumoured on YouTube that regardless of OS used, a user should have a well equipped late version computer in order to enjoy the application's benefits.

Try it and good luck!

Oh, quick question. We are discussing Lumina? Without the ‘r’.

There is an 'R' in the original post. Why do you question the subject matter?

Yes! I’m a relatively new user. Use it on an Apple. It’s not the most intuitive of software packages I have used but it’s the first decent post-processing application since I got the Nikon. I’m learning to shoot and process RAW images and am going to stick with Luminar. Hope that helps.

Love it. Use it on my elderly (2012) MacBook Pro. Luminar Version 3 added a digital management system. I store and organize my images using this. Even though your edits and modifications are made in Luminar, the images reside on your hard drive. Makes backing up and organization easier. Highly recommended.

Luminar had upgraded to Luminar 3 (stand alone) then they came out with Luminar Flex which is a Plugin to Lightroom and Photo Shop - the Flex is one outstanding program.
Go for it.

Luminar 2018 is a really good, solid editing program. Luminar 3, the new offering, seems much more of an image library and archive (a la LR) than an editing program. I still use 2018 as a plugin to PS along with Topaz, and have all the firepower I need...

I purchased Luminar a year or so ago and almost never use Lightroom (not sure why I still pay the monthly fee). I especially like there “looks”, which is there version of presets, with one push of the keyboard I normally have a finished photo. They have a full set of tools for more advanced work flow but normally I can find a “look” that satisfies me. With my older Mac this software ran extremely slow but since I purchased a new Mac earlier this year it runs extremely fast. Easy to use and have had no real problems with this software.

Yes, I recently bought it, and it seems very user friendly, and so far I am loving it, and BTW, the support you can get from the company is wonderful
